Hi, I tried to link my checking account with ebay and it won;t link, The form tells you to sign in with bank credentials what are they. Ebay tried to make a payout but the letter said it was returned by the bank. I spoke to the manager and she can't find an attemped deposit anywhere on my account or tha single deposit from ebay to verify the account. I started a bebit card there and have been paid 3 times and that is on record. What do i do know. The system only tells you haow to do things not what to do if it don't work. Thanks Mike

·2 years agoThat would be your user ID and password you use to in into your bank account.
You can also verify your checking account using the micro deposit method.

OP2 years agoewhat is IE, I don't have anthing in my checking account to sign in to I do things by going to the bank the old fashion way. the .01 deposit didn't work, the banks doesn't have a reod of any such deposit. thwere is no place to find another way. That stupid AI never tells you what to do if it doesn't work. If I can't verify my account I will have to quit ebay. Thanks

What bank do you use?
How long has it been since you tried the micro deposit?
Does the information on your bank account exactly match the information on your Ebay account?

OP2 years agoI use a local bank, it on the drop down list. I can't do the micro deposit again because it tells me to sign in with my bank credentials what ever they are, my guess is it is an electonic banking account that I don't nor will I have. I changed my name in ebay so it matched my checking account before I tried to link account what other info should match thanks
