If my buyer confirmed the arrival of the item and has installed the item and approved of the item and the transaction and Ebay wants to impose a 30 day hold AGAIN? I went to the hospital for over a month In May/June and was unable to access my account. I understand its my fault that i was unable to complete any order, much less pee on my own but anyhow, i didnt scam anyone out of any money and i Paid the unnecessary fees and im still put on time out ?
No way to expedite the hold so i can live ?

and all i want to do is get paid. ebay holding my funds for 30 days AGAIN is downright theft.
