Available funds is my payout why hasn't it hit my bank acct., it seems ebay likes to noodle around

Seems like this w ebay is like noodling for my payout., available funds., then why doesn't it hot my acct like as understood., the people get their product pretty easy then why the **bleep** to put the money inn... I get the not wanting chitt to be south but **bleep**
