Anyone have an issue adding debit cards?
It keeps saying "card not accepted". I literally got a new checking account with the same credit union. Same address, only difference is the new card has my middle initial, old one did not.
I added my middle initial to everywhere on the contact info, even shows it on the upper left hand corner "Hi Name!"
But the middle initial is not showing up on the card add screen.

·8 months agoIt seems fairly self-explanatory. It says "the name on your card must exactly match your eBay account". Sounds like you don't have the initial on you eBay account. Try adding the initial to your eBay account.

·8 months agoIs Ebay trying to verify the card?
If they are, contact your CU and see if they have Ebay blocked from being able to verify it.

·8 months agoAre you trying to add a new card or update an existing card? If its updating an existing card, it may be giving that error since the card number is probably already on file.

·8 months agoHave you contacted the issuing bank to determine whether they are seeing activity on the card and declining transactions?

Been between eBay and my CU for last week trying to get it to work.
Has anyone else had this issue?

·8 months agoyes today 1-20-26 could not check out 3500 bucks of won auctions. ebay denies everything and credit union denies anything i suspect ebay, card always worked before
