I updated my payout information over a month ago and have it selected as my preferred method, but the last payout I initiated went to an old closed checking account for some reason. I was patient and hopeful that it would be rejected by that bank since the account is closed, but that was a little over a week ago. I can’t get help with the AI messaging on here and getting ahold of a human is like looking for a unicorn. Has anyone else had this happen? Were you able to get it worked out and the money returned?

If the payment is rejected, it'll be returned to Ebay.
