I made a purchase on eBay and I'm an international buyer. The package will arrive tomorrow, and I contacted the bot to request a tax refund, but the bot made a mistake and gave me a full refund, which I should... What should I do? eBay is unreachable! They only let me talk to the bot!

I would not assume that the seller is out any money. I wouldn’t offer a repayment unless I had a reasonable idea that my actions had resulted in shorting the seller. Even then, I wouldn’t pay the seller the full amount. That’s actually enriching him – there should be a discount.
