Doug, what would you like us - buyers and sellers from the community - to do about your account hold? None of us are ebay staff. We don't have any access to your account.

"I replied to a ebay email. It turns out it a fishing email.
It said I need to pay extra shipping charges of $49.
When I did this it would print a label.
It did not print a label, I had previously printed a label for an item I sold and that was correct
Now ebay want $49 for a item weighing 44 lbs which I did not ship nor sold."
