I sold test strips for $88, and 6.95 shipping. How does $92 and $72net turn into a lowly payout of $30.04. How do i contact ebay. It runs me in circles

@peanu_1205 To see a breakdown of your order, go to the "Order Details Page" which can be found by clicking on the order number on your items sold page. The order details page will have a breakdown of both what was paid by the buyer, minus all the ebay related expenses (Shipping, Final Value Fees, Etc), and what your order earnings are from this sale.

Any fee's or shipping will come from avaliable funds first.
The items you sold after, some of the fees and shipping will be taken from the funds you received for the strips.

$88 plus $6.95 shipping equals $94.95
Where is the $92 and $72 coming from? If you sold for $92 and your net was $72 then your payout would have only been $20 and not $30.04.
Is this the item you sold?
eBay item number:198004674746
Look at your Order Details and it will explain how the buyers money was distributed.

·8 months agoGo to the order details, what does it tell you? None of the numbers you state in your post make any sense...a net $92 & a net $72 return the same payout?

·8 months agoOn the order page, there is a breakdown in the bottom right.
I'm assuming you overspent on promoted listings. Don't do that next time.
