30 Min Payouts
I just received an email from eBay that they were excited to announce that if I set up my debit card to receive payouts w/in 30 min I assumed I was eligible but when I clicked on the link to set it up I got a red box that said I was not eligible at this time . My first question is, why not? And the second, then why bother sending me an email? And just to sum it all up , why not provide an explanation as to why not in the first place instead of making me or anyone else that got the same email and the same message waste time looking for answers?
