My Bank Acct is closed - Ebay sent funds to it...what next
Hey Folks, Since I am unable to speak to a live support person at eBay and the Ai Agent online & inbound, is useless, what are some suggestions anyone of you that might have whom have had my experience. I sold an item and the funds were disbursed to a bank account I closed a few months prior. Do you know if the funds bounce and is kept on hold until I am able to update my payout options? I can't do that today as the funds have been scheduled to hit that closed account today. Appreciate any suggestions and/or input.

Finding the split between two payment methods toggle button on the eBay app
Hey everyone, my name is Zachary. I’m trying to place an order on the eBay app to purchase a Nintendo game boy console and a four pack AA batteries for the game boy. I am trying to split the order between two Mastercard gift cards. One gift card is worth $60 and the second one is worth $20 and the order I’m trying to place comes to a grand total of under $80, which means I would have plenty of money with the two gift cards. But I cannot seem to find the split between two payment methods toggle on the eBay app. Is there anyone on here that has had this issue before trying to find the split between two payment methods toggle that can help me navigate the eBay app to find it on my end on my iPhone? Any help with this is appreciated.

Adding a payment option
A buyer of mine received the package and was not satisfied, and wanted to send it back. Now that I have gotten it back, I have to send him the refund. It keeps saying I don't have a payment option when I try to add one, and it won't work over and over again.

Delayed deposits now that ebay wants extra money to promptly pay sellers.
Has anyone noticed how slowly ebay has become when depositing seller funds now that they've started to campaign for us to pay them extra to expidite them? Good thing I'm not in a major hurry but for some it must be incredibly inconvenient. Just wondering if anyone else has seen the difference.

W-9 in the mail?

I got a w9 form via snail mail to complete. But I don’t trust sending my personal info as I live in an area with mail theft. Can I complete it online? I haven’t sold in eBay for over 3 years and had forgotten about this account, what do I do?

Payment dispute
Hello, I recently sold an item on EBay, the buyer paid for the item and I shipped it out in a timely manner. The item was shipped via USPS, was delivered, and from what I onow was not damaged in any way. I received my money for the item from eBay. Now I received a payment dispute, the buyer is saying they do not recognize the transaction. It says the buyer is disputing directly with their payment institution. I provided EBay with my information showing the item was purchased, shipped, and delivered. I am waiting to hear something back. Anyone ever have this happen? I believe the buyer is running a scam, should I be concerned EBay may ask for my money back? Thank you for the help.

Partial Refund Hangup
I was offered a partial refund from a seller. I received a message with a link to accept. I did and then received an error. The seller says the refund shows successful, but I don't see any indication in ebay or paypal that it went through.

Non-payment Strike
This may be a multi-part question. Sorry in advance. I tried to buy an item and seller said they don't sell to buyer with 2 non-payment strikes in 1 year. I didn't know I had ANY strikes. Please give me step-by step instructions to find my strikes. (I got something from AI but can't follow it). QQQ When a seller cancels a sale for non-payment, is that an automatic strike or does the seller need to authorize it? QQQ Does eBay send a message when you get a strike? I usually pay promptly so this is new to me. Thanks for your help!
