Reopening store
I had a store years ago and closed it after several years. I did reopen it once before and all seemed to be as I left it. I want to sell again but I am not sure If I should open a store or not. My old store name was fine, and I can still use it, I'm just not sure I want to. Also, I can't seem to come up with another store name that I am allowed to use or like well enough to worry about it. Does anyone know if my old store is still there? Is it going to be partially set up if I chose my old name? If I go with another name, am I going to be labeled as a new seller? I have searched all over Ebay and can't find anything really telling me. It states that they hold onto setting for 30 days. That is what it said before.

·3 years agoIt isn't going to matter if you use the same store name or a new one, you haven't sold in awhile, so you'll be treated as a new seller.
Right now, you won't be able to list enough to make paying a store subscription worth it.
Without a store, you get 250 free listings a month.
If you haven't already, you'll need to sign up for Managed Payments, providing a checking account and your SSN.
Your payments could be held for 30 days.

OP3 years agoI hope they don't hold fund for 30 days. If they do, is it just a one time thing?
