FedEx weight adjustment
FedEx is way overcharging me on a shipped package.
There were two items the buyer bought Item ID: 196882840762, and 375852974511
The first one weighed 14oz, the second one weighed less than an ounce, with the box it came to 16oz, size was 10x 4x 4. FedEx is saying it weighed 25lbs!!
How do I file a complaint about this?

·1 year agoHi @joes_outdoor_power . Sounds like your package was piggybacking with somebody else's. If you purchased the label through eBay then you need to contact eBay customer service and ask them to dispute the cost adjustment with FedEx.
