PROBLEM WITH RETREIVING USER TOKENS
hi everybody,
i created a special admin account as developer and registered a nme for my script to retrieve some information from my ebay account.
but the system reports for PRODUCTION:
Your Keyset is currently disabled
Comply with marketplace deletion/account closure notification process
or apply for an exemption
i at least did not do anything - so how can get the data necessary to access my own private ebay account via php?

We want to let you know that the error message you’re receiving "Your Keyset is currently disabled. Comply with marketplace deletion/account closure notification process or apply for an exemption" indicates that your eBay production API keys have been disabled because you haven’t completed the required Marketplace Account Deletion compliance.
To resolve this, go to the eBay Developer Portal → Application Keys, and complete one of the following:
1. Subscribe to Notifications: If your application stores eBay user data, you must integrate the notifications workflow to receive alerts when an eBay user requests deletion of their personal data.
2. Opt Out: If your application does not retain eBay user data, you may opt out of this requirement.
Completing either the subscription or opt-out process via the links provided in the overlay will automatically activate your production key set. After you finish, the overlay will disappear, confirming that your key is active and ready for use.
