Order with status Incomplete - no shipping address (Trading API)
Hi there!
In the meanwhile we use the Fulfillment API to retreive payed orders and fulfill them. We still used the Trading API to retreive orders, which are not completly checked out and not payed (with order status 'incomplete').
Since about 3 or 4 months the shipping address is empty in the Trading API 'GetOrders' call. And so there is no possibility to send an invoice with the necessary shipping service options.
- The Fulfillment API is not covering incomplete orders
- The Trading API delivers no shipping address - or at least a shipping country - anymore
- ???
Anyone who has encountered the same problem? Or someone who has a solution or advice?

Hi @foto-koeberl-graz,
For the transactions completed offline, the ShippingAddress container can be returned empty in the response of GetOrders call.
