Notification for AuctionCheckoutCompleteis XML content changed??
Starting about 12 hours about, our notification endpoint for AuctionCheckoutComplete events (which has been working fine for years) started getting Ebay SOAP notifications that appear to have changed the structure and content.
They have always contained a structure like:
soapenv:Envelope...
soapenv:Body...
GetItemTransactionResponse...
TransactionArray...
Transaction...
ContainingOrder...
OrderID
The messages we are getting now have the GetItemTransactionsResponse element, but there is no TransactionArray inside it, and nowhere is there an OrderID element.
Moreover, these do not appear to be notifications of current sales since I cannot find any new orders on our Ebay account that correspond to these messages (hard to tell because there is no orderID in the message). In fact there does not appear to be any way to identify the order... there is a item described with listing ID but nothing else, no customer info, no order details other than a single item.
I notice these fields in the message:

<ReturnedTransactionCountActual>0</ReturnedTransactionCountActual>Does that mean this message contains no transactions? Then why was it sent, and why does it contain the details of an auction item?

There was an issue on our end that caused the TransactionArray to be removed from the notification payload. Our engineering team has resolved the problem, and the TransactionArray is now included again in the notifications.
