Extremely Negative Feedback
I am new to Ebay as a seller. Order #:27-15090-60410 was sold to a customer. Then a different buyer contacted me asking me to send more pictures. I sent the pictures to the 2nd buyer. He then purchased the item. I was not aware of the 1st buyer... I shipped the item to the 1st buyer. (That is Ebay's rule)! The 2nd buyer left me an extremely rude feedback. He called me a SCAMMER and he hopes ebay shuts me down. I am not a SCAMMER and I don't want them to shut me down.

Unfortunately, this mistake was your own error and not ebay's mistake nor was it a glitch. The second buyer was rightfully disappointed and left a feedback that expressed his disappointment.

You actually did another error.
The one you refer to as the "first" buyer is actually the one who bought it second!!
The buyer who left the negative feedback made the purchase BEFORE the other buyer at 5:33 on Sept. 3.
The buyer to whom you sent the item made the purchase at 5:34 on Sept. 3.

·1 month agoLooking at what you have sold, I am seeing the same item sold two times which tells me, you had it double listed. The only difference between the two listings that I can see is, one shows the spurs from the top the other from the bottom.
Otherwise there is no way that two different people could have bought the same item from one listing.
I suggest you go back thru your listings to make sure there are no other double listings for the same items.
Nothing anyone can do in this situation as that would be on you.
