·2 years agoYou received way too much poor feedback in a short amount of time. All you can do is wait and see if your allowed to sell again. It does not look good, I don't think they will ever let you sell again.

Sorry for your situation. You have quite a bit of BBE's and poor feedback due to it. eBay wants happy customers. Apparently you have many who were not. My guess is your selling days are done.
Best of luck in the future.

Just looking at your account, I do not see how eBay will be willing to have you sell here again.
BBE = Bad Buyer Experience.
Lots of unhappy buyers.

·2 years agoYour only hope is to talk with Ebay. No one here can help you with this. With the feedback you have, it may not be a risk Ebay is willing to take, allowing you to sell again.
On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

·2 years agoYou have a lot of unhappy people reporting they don't get their item and proper tracking wasn't used.
You gotta talk to eBay.

·2 years agoDid you own the merchandise before you sold it, or did you buy it after the sale? Owning before is the only way to be a successful seller. If eBay investigated and determined you were drop shipping or doing retail arbitrage you will have problems like this.
mam98031
·2 years agoThat is an assumption, not a fact. Drop shipping can be done within the rules of Ebay and keep buyers happy. But most that decide they are going to drop ship don't have any clue how to do it or how to select who there wholesaler will be. They just find a company willing to drop ship and then list their items. That I would agree with you is a disaster waiting to happen.
Retail arbitrage I also agree with you about. That is a very bad way to try and sell items and will ultimately lead to very bad experiences by buyers and ultimately the health of the seller's account.
