·6 months agoEBAY wants you to enter "description of the item" you are selling and then EBAY if offer options if you want to "copy another Seller's listing".
If you don't want EBAY suggested listings, go to the bottom of the screen and select CONTINUE WITHOUT MATCH. You can create your own listing from scratch.

OP6 months agoThank you.. I have selected CONTINUE WITHOUT MATCH; however, I'm not seeing how I can create a you pick or you choose listing. What am I missing here? AI says to click on SINGLE LISTING, but that option does not show on that screen. Thank you for your help

·6 months agoVariation listings are not supported on the app; use the website.
Variations are not supported on auction format listings; use fixed price format.
Variations are not supported on the simple listing tool because it's an advanced setting. If you're on the basic tool (which you probably are as a new seller) you'll see a button on the top right that says "switch to business listing tool" - click on that.
By default the variation setting is hidden on the listing form. Once you unhide the setting it will stick for future listings. On the top right of the business listing tool, click the menu (3 vertical dots), select settings, and toggle the variations slider on (so it's blue).
Make sure you're creating a new listing and not using relist or sell similar from a listing without variations.
Beyond that it comes down to category; not every category supports variations.
If the category supports variations you'll find them in a non-intuitive, awkward placement on the listing form - below item specifics instead of above them. I recommend filling out variations before you enter any item specifics to avoid problems.

That's odd... mine says "Start listing with item info". Sorry I can't help...
