Why does eBay charge ad promotion costs to an unrelated item?
Why does eBay charge ad promotion costs from one item to an unrelated item that has sold and had its funds released? The item whose ad promotion cost is in question has sold and shipped but payment is on hold because eBay tracking didn’t work yet buyer has item and already provided positive feedback.
