·1 year agoThe problem with whether their policies are unconstitutional or not, is largely negated by the fact that we all agreed to their policies when we signed up. If we want to use this site, we play by their rules.

·1 year agoEver since eBay went public (!998?), their primary obligation has been to their stockholders, not to those who use the site for selling or buying. That's how capitalism works. eBay is not a charity or a social services agency.

There are plenty of posts in which members discuss what they think of ebay, positive as well as negative.
