That is a bit different from what I posted above and it reflects what @ebooksdiva is referring to.
I still would not do it for the reasons given above especially as a new seller. Maybe after getting a bit established and you know how ebay works...MAYBE then dabble in it.
I'm just giving you advice not to do it for the reasons I listed above.

You can drop ship from wholesale companies where you sign a legal contract that eBay will want to see.
"However, listing an item on eBay and then purchasing the item from another retailer or marketplace that ships directly to your customer is not allowed on eBay."
The big question is WHY would you want to do this????
1. You have NO control of your stock.
2. You have NO control of your shipping.
3. You have NO control of your returns if you sell expensive items.
4. One get rich quicker here wanted to sell TVs on drop ship and we talked him/her/they/cat out of it.
