WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO SELL ?
When is the best time to sell? I've been selling and listing consistently and and sales were going great but then sales just stopped for days, maybe even a week, I haven't stopped listing but I was wondering if anyone knows when the best time is to list for the algorithm

It is a good start but not an indicator of anything about the future.
Your most appealing items may have sold, or you happened to have potential buyers visit Ebay on the right day.
Used clothing is a very crowded, price competitive, and highly promoted category,
Some of your offers might not sell until the calendar approaches the appropriate season.
Some of your listings might never be viewed because the size is not in the title. Size is more important than the word vintage.
You will probably discover, soon enough, that some sizes will sell faster than others.
With 50+ listings, it is unlikely that you will see consistent sales, you will see hills and valleys and you should focus on judging yourself on sales over a longer time period, like a month.

Seems like everyone and their dogs try selling used clothing.
