What can I do now?
I listed something but didn't put quantity. Then right when I did two different buyers were able to access it and buy it. Does this happen often and what can I do?

·2 weeks agoYes, you did put a quantity 2 on that item.
If you only have 1 to sell, ship to the first buyer and cancel the second order as out of stock.

·2 weeks agoIn looking at your sold items, you have sold 3 different items, none seem to be duplicated.
Can you look at your transaction history and see what you have been paid for?
Were these possibly offers from buyers and not actually purchases?

·2 weeks agoCould we get some screenshots of what you're seeing? I don't doubt you, but what you're describing doesn't sound possible, as only one payment can go through for an item you only have a single quantity of.
