Verification Documents Uploaded – Case Closed Without Review
Hello,
I uploaded all requested verification documents on December 20 and December 23.
Due to a technical issue, I was unable to reach a live agent.
Now my case shows as closed and final without my documents being reviewed.
This was not a refusal or delay from my side.
I am requesting a manual review of my verification and assistance from a human agent.

·9 months agoFWIW...just because you send or provide the documentation doesn't mean it gets validated. Often that info is used to not validate a seller, but rather to shut down their selling privileges
