Are your items coming from Sri Lanka or China? One says Sri Lanka, then the listing page states China. You need to fix that or you're going to get into trouble. Item location misinformation can get you suspended. If you're drop shipping from China, you need to let the customers know that their item is coming from China and not Sri Lanka.

Tracking doesn't slow down. It's in route and that takes time, especially from Sri Lanka. Every time the parcel arrives at that routes particular postal carrier to move onto the next, it updates from there and every other route until the customer receives it. Tracking is designed for the customer to keep track on when they can expect their item to reach them at the final destination.

·3 years agoTracking is a Seller Protection. It does not speed up or slow down the movement of your purchase. And tracking doesn't show where your purchase is, it shows where it has been and that someone recorded it there.
Tracking is used by sellers to defend against false Item Not Recieved claims.
Buyers are protected by the Money Back Guarantee.
Just mark the last estimated date for delivery on your calendar and don't think about it til then.
