I am receiving threatening messages from this account regarding negative feedback. This feels like harassment and is causing me concern. I kindly request your urgent assistance in reviewing this matter and taking appropriate action.

This isn’t eBay support, we are eBay members like you.
Just add their eBay ID to your blocked buyer list and report the message by clicking the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the message and carry on with your life.

This is a group of eBay buyers and sellers who volunteer here to help others when we can.
If you are being threatened, you need to actually contact eBay, preferably via social media.
PS: I see no negative FB for you on this account, so have no idea what you're referring to.
