Hello all,
I am a new seller on ebay. A little under 200 listing, 40 items sold in last 90 days. 100% rating.
My account has been suspended (resolved for verification)
Restricted- again verification (resolved)
And now Restricted again apparently for tracking issues.
Every single order has had label generated through Ebay. Every order has gone out within 24 hours. Only exception is weekend and even then mailed first thing Monday. All "tracking disputes" listed were already delivered (and had reviews posted) except 2 which were mailed two days prior. Mailed Friday, account Restricted on Monday. I spoke with customer service agent and then supervisor. Neither can see error on my part. Can't seem to speak with anyone who can give answers or resolve this.
As a newbie trying hard to build a business, this is difficult and frustrating. It effects the rhythm and momentum of my sales.
Any insights are welcome. I've jumped through every hoop. Thanks ~C

Are all the bank accounts and such set up accurately?

OP3 weeks agoThis has been the first store only. Second store has had no issues at all, but only opened in the last 30 days. First store has been open approximately 5 months and has had the suspension and 2 restrictions.

I only see that you still have 129 active listings.
