That makes them Used, or maybe Refurbished if that's an option. Don't tell us they're new if they're not.
I would suggest you find a new business plan, honestly.

If you buy used instruments and fix them it is called "refurbished". You can mention that when you write your description on the instrument. However, when you list item you would show it as "used".

·11 months agoAs a new seller (especially one from Pakistan/overseas), your funds can be held for up to 30 days.
But you MUST ship the items within your handling time which is 2 days.

The basic answer is, we can't imagine anyone wanting to buy used surgical instruments. That's just not a thing.
