Many "surgical" instruments have non surgical uses.
I'm sure Mr Blonde would find a use for them.

If you cancel transactions after 24 hours without payment, I hope you're choosing the OOS (out of stock) reason as the cancellation reason!
It seems kind of unfair to me that you demand payment within 24 hours (even though ebay allows 96 hours) but you hold buyers' money and items for 5-7 days before shipping. And your ebay career will be very short with all those late shipments since your listings state your handling time of 2 days.

If I were to be in the market for second hand surgical tools, I would look for sellers who present these precision instruments in a semi sterile environment. I would not consider a seller who took pictures of them lying on dirty concrete.
1) you’re located in Pakistan. That means slow shipping for anyone in the US. The estimated delivery date for one of your listings to me in the US would take over a month. No one wants to wait that long.
2) I can’t imagine any reputable medical person wanting to buy USED tools. I worked in medical research for several years, and we would NEVER have done that.
3)your prices seem a bit high, especially for USED items.
You really need to think about something else to sell. Overseas sellers do much better if they can sell something unique to their area that people in the US wouldn’t have any other sources for, not something they can order easily online from many sites.

As in a used car. People in the US may shop at garage sales looking for used tools. They shop at estate sales looking for used appliances. We have thrift stores that offer used clothing.

The definitions of new and used as it relates to reselling is highly debated, my opinion is that it is always better to under promise and over deliver
I think we can agree that a surgical instrument that's advertised as "used" on eBay would be viewed as the usual definition of "used" which is, basically, not new.
We are trying to find out what "brand items" means to the OP.

·1 year agoMany "surgical" instruments have non surgical uses. If they do not require a prescription they are good to go as near as I can tell.
As far as selling non used items as used I do not see a problem with that at all.
