Store Subscription Cancellation Issue â€“ Still Being Charged | New to selling on eBay

I subscribed to the Starter Store plan on February 5 and canceled it within 1-2 days, but I am still being charged. Please check why my cancellation did not process and stop future billing. Also, if I was wrongly charged, I would like a refund. Thanks.
