When you get to step 6, your listing is saved as a draft and you then go to register a Payoneer account and link it to eBay. That reportedly takes about 2 weeks, for eBay approve and link your account. Then you can finish your listing.

Since you are in South Africa, you need to register as a seller first. Here's how. You start to create a listing, following the steps on this page.

·1 year agoIn the Seller Hub, click the Payments tab and scroll down towards the bottom.
Not sure if you'll need a checking account or Payoneer account?
