Similar items sold for $X compares the wrong products
I'm selling fully working laptop and eBay is showing buyers "similar items sold for $200" on the offer screen.
The "similar item" on price research is a non-working laptop that's a different model. My listing has the correct model number, full specs & item specifics, clearly states it's tested and working. None of that seems to matter to whatever algorithm picks the comparison.
I've got several watchers but no offers because buyers are being anchored at the $200 they're being shown before they can even make an offer. It makes the listing look way overpriced.
Is there a way to flag a bad price comparison or get it removed? The $200 broken laptop is not "similar" in any meaningful way to the one I am selling.
