You might be surprised at how many issues on eBay can be settled without connecting with a customer representative. How about returning here and telling us about your problem. We may be able to offer a solution without your needing to contact anyone.
From your FB received, looks like you are primarily a buyer. First of all, have you read eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers? It's seen in every listing and it tells you what to do if/when a transaction goes wrong.
Brief synopsis: Did not receive your purchase and the last estimated delivery date was a day or two ago? You have 30 days to open an item not received case with eBay.
You did receive it, but it's not as described? You have 30 days to open an item not as described case with eBay.
Some other issue? Please fee free to return and give details.
You would be much more successful if you posted a question here. There are many sellers here that have FAR more knowledge than the call-in reps.
For example, experienced people here would have advised against a first-time seller listing something for $3.250; being unclear whether that price is for one unit or for the five as pictured; having a "no returns" policy. Sigh.

·3 years agoAre you in managed payments? Did you give eBay your SSN and attach a checking account for payouts? Did eBay tell you that you had a listing limit?
HIGH VALUE items from zero or low feedback sellers are theft magnets. Sellers need to start out with low cost items the first month.
Scammers want you to text them. Buyers don't need any information from you to pay.
