Have you registered your account with Payoneer to be paid? Did you apply for a business license in your country of Sri Lanka? These are all required steps to become a seller on eBay. Once you have set up your account with Payoneer, eBay must approve you and that can take up to 30 days. While you wait you should read up on policies, rules, what can and cannot be sold on eBay and the money back guarantee.
It is highly recommended NOT to drop ship. Most from Sri Lanka try and fail because they are unfamiliar with this type of selling and are usually suspended. Do not sell plants and seeds on eBay outside of your country. It violates customs in most countries and you can be slapped with a fine as well. You will also find yourself suspended as well and will not be able to sell on eBay ever again.
