Sellers, I have a question. Sorry, it's translated
New Korean seller. Is eBay originally slow to register for new listings? What's the initial response? It's page 1 with ads, but it's 3 clicks in 12 hours....

·1 year agoHi @vegan_korea and welcome.
It can take a good deal of time to get established as a new seller on eBay, especially if you only have one item listed, as another poster pointed out.. It does look like you have the only vegan snack box on eBay currently. Another listing popped up with yours when i searched for “Korean vegan snack box†but it did not say vegan in the title. So that is a plus for your item. Hopefully the vegan consumers will find your item here.
Which is good because the non-vegan consumer is looking at a wide difference in price between your vegan and the non-vegan snack boxes., when i filtered search results by Lowest price for “korean Snack Boxâ€, it returned 433 items. Comparing a rival seller with a similar snack box, their price was $16.79 with free shipping. Your price is $28,99 with $22.33 shipping to my location. It will be difficult for you to make a general sale with the competition beating you on price by $34.53. But i am assuming the non-vegan consumer is not within your target market, even in the tertiary zone.

·1 year agoThis sums it up for you @vegan_korea . â˜ï¸
It does not matter if your items are popular (anywhere even in the PW NW) or not if your items are priced double of what others advertise/sell if for.
- Good luck

OP1 year agoYou're telling me to be patient because the initial response is slow, right?

·1 year agoYes, I am. You have only one item and eBay has 2 billion items, so it has to be found, so initial response will be slow.
Do you have more items to list? The more you have, the better it is.

·1 year ago@vegan_korea eBay can be very difficult to get started on - it's a huge site and you only have one item. Three hits in 12 hours is good for an unfamiliar item being offered by a new seller here. It takes patience.
Don't worry, just keep listing more things. BTW, Korea style and Korean food is very popular where I live (Pacific NW US), so there is a market.
