Restriction MC011
One off my account I received a email that my account or restricted after refund to the buyer because buyer did not clear his custom. So I connect with eBay they said its just regular based work you need to reply the restriction email and its resolve. I reply the email and they asked for proof off deliver all product and I already dispatch all product with DHL. In my account just 2 product need to be deliver which on track and in few days its deliver but I got some more order. Then I reply the email which product you required to deliver its done then I got same email again you need to provide proof off delivery the other order you got after restriction. I don't understand I got order on daily based and all product ship and when its deliver I got same email what can I do now?

·3 years agoFeedback from a buyer looks like you are shipping from Pakistan and not from the London location you are using on your listings.

·3 years agoDid you double check the email to see if it is actually from ebay and not a phishing attempt? Also I would assume ebay would keep communication in ebay and not email you. Just my 2 cents here
