Restriction banner showing after Payoneer verification complete (Ref: #26ec57172ab84caf90fe34a1f9bf498f#)

Hi eBay Community & Team,

My username is sal-3779. I received an official confirmation email stating: "Payoneer verified your updated details, so nothing else is needed from you. You can continue listing and selling on eBay." (Ref ID: #26ec57172ab84caf90fe34a1f9bf498f#).

However, the restriction banner is still visible on my Seller Hub dashboard due to a sync delay. The website contact form is also glitching on my end.

Could a moderator/staff member please help flag this to refresh my account status?
