Promo fees and discounts
eBay offered a discount on my item 5% and when sold I didn't know or realize it but they took the %from my initial sale as well as charging fv feeand and the ad fees. Now how is that. I didn't tell them to knock money off my item then charge me a fee on top of that. If anything what's the ad fee if I'ma have to pay both cost
