Hello everyone,

I am trying to connect my eBay store to Printify, but I always get the message: "Your eBay store is already connected to Printify."

This connection is from an old Printify account I created a long time ago. I no longer remember that account and I do not have access to the email address used for it.

Printify told me that they cannot remove the connection and that eBay needs to disconnect the old Printify authorization from my eBay account.

Can someone please help or guide me on how to get eBay to remove this old Printify connection so I can link my current Printify account?

according to Google AI........ don't have printify so can't test any of it........

To cancel Printify's access to your eBay account, first, disconnect your store from

Printify. Then, go to your eBay Security Center and revoke Printify's third-party app access. Lastly, you may need to manage your eBay Business Policies to opt out of the Printify-generated policies.

Step 1: Disconnect your store from Printify

Log in to your Printify account.
Click on the store name or the arrows on the right-hand side and select Manage my stores.
Click More details next to your eBay store.
Click Disconnect and confirm by clicking Yes, disconnect.

Step 2: Revoke third-party access on eBay

Go to the eBay Security Center using this link: https://www.ebay.com/acctsec/security-center.
Scroll down to the Third-Party App Access section.
Find Printify in the list and click Revoke.

Step 3: Opt out of Printify Business Policies on eBay

Go to My eBay and click on Account.
Scroll to the Selling section and click on Business Policies.
Look for an Opt OUT option in the top right corner and click it to disable the auto-populated policies.
