Payoneer verifying
Hi
i am going start to sell on eBay ( my first time )
i made an account on Payoneer as requested from eBay and uploaded the required documents.
My passport was was approved but the “ Receiving accounts questionnaire “ still under review, it been more than 8 days and i sent them an email, they didn’t respond.
Is this normal ?

·2 years agoWhen you link a Payoneer account to eBay, Payoneer lets you know right away if you are successfully linked. Does your Payoneer account show you are successfully linked? If it does, then after that linking is successful it takes eBay 2-4 weeks to approve you to sell.
It is my guess that you should do nothing and wait for 2-4 weeks to pass. When eBay approves of you to sell they will send you an email saying you're all set.
If you don't get the all set email after 4 weeks then it is usually because you linked the wrong type of Payoneer account to eBay. What type of Payoneer account did you link? If your eBay account is a business account you link a Company Payoneer account. If your eBay account is a personal account your Payoneer account needs to be an Individual Payoneer account. You can sell on a personal or a business account on eBay but the payout account has to match.
Just sit tight because not enough time has passed yet.

Where exactly it shows you if your account is linked successfully to eBay ?
The only thing i know is the verification center, it shows my passport is approved but the first thing is under preview.
I dont remember what type of account i created, but i think i chose “ Online seller “. My eBay account is personal.
i dont think there was business account option while registering, how i can know my account type ?
Anyway, i found someone has same my problem and what I understand thats if your passport is approved thats mean your account is verified but you need to receive payments so then the “ Receiving accounts questionnaire “ will be approved.
But when i try to list an item on Ebay, i get this message :
Until Payoneer verifies your account, we're unable to pay you for any sold items, and you're unable to create new listings. Please log in to Payoneer and make the requested updates.
i sent many requests to Payoneer but no response.
i checked everything, my eBay account name match my Payoneer account.

·2 years agoMy guess is that something didn't match on your eBay account and your passport. Did you contact Payoneer to find out why it's taking so long to be approved? Until you are approved, it's really not an eBay problem. I would contact Payoneer.
