My new store is registered in mainland China. Currently, my account does not have authorization to sell using overseas warehouse fulfillment, and I have been unable to locate an application portal for this in the "Seller Hub." I have reviewed the relevant policies regarding overseas warehouse restrictions, and the provisions allowing sellers to apply via email do not appear to include sellers based in China.
Furthermore, I do not have a dedicated eBay account manager or business development manager to assist with this matter.
Could you please help answer the following questions?
1. What criteria must my account meet to qualify for overseas warehouse sales?
2. Is there an application channel available for new sellers in the Greater China region who do not have a dedicated account manager?
3. What documentation do I need to prepare? Are there specific requirements regarding sales performance or compliance?
We hold inventory overseas and wish to operate in full compliance with all eBay policies. Obtaining this sales authorization is crucial for the future growth of our store.

Also, make sure you have invoices ready to show them with a date that proceeds the date you submit for approval. In other words, if you submit for today, you need invoices to show you have already paid for the items in the warehouse prior to today. Otherwise you are applying for nothing and wont even get a response. There is far more to it....and usually if you need to ask, you can't do it...you need to already be doing it in some capacity with your own platforms of some sort.
Don't think for a minute, you will get approval and then ship/buy your inventory to the warehouse at a later date. Nor think you can list anything that wasn't on one of those invoices..
