·8 months agoas of 2026, sellers of coins need to meet new standards...you just cant simply open an account and sell coins. You need to create an account and sell other items to earn the trust to list coins. I think its 100 items over 12 months & $1000 total...basically Top Rated seller status is needed, or close to it

·8 months agoYou could just take them to a couple local coin shops in your area. You might get a bit more for them selling on eBay, but on eBay you’ll have eBay fees, the additional risk of dishonest buyers, shipping hassles, and honest buyers that are just not happy.
Edit: sorry ryry, I hit the wrong reply button. I also wanted to point out that at least is the USA, coins have to be one of the easiest things to sell off to local brick and mortar dealers. So there is that too. Its not like selling an old trumpet.

I assume you want to sell these but you did not say. If you do want to sell them, you need to open a selling account with eBay and when you get that all set up, familiarize yourself with some of eBay's rules and policies, the main ones being how to sell on eBay and eBay's Money Back Guarantee. (You are in Ireland so there may be some differences from the rules and policies we here in the U.S. use.) Do research to find out how comparable coins sell so you will know how to price them, then list them and see what happens.
