Due to the current economic situation in Sri Lanka, the postage rate is quite high when sending from Sri Lanka. But when it is sent by registered post, it will be safe and will reach the customer earlier than the scheduled time. I say this because I also send goods from Sri Lanka.
Sri Lankan spices are very delicious. And they are spices of the highest quality.
Buyer perception need not reflect reality. But it does affect sales.
Registered mail is another reason why buyers might not buy. It requires a signature, which means inconvenience or delay for many buyers. A signature requirement for a low cost item will spark buyer outrage from many buyers.
