Not allowing the 1st listing to be listed.
I am a new seller on eBay. I'm having a problem with my first item not listing. I am very worried about that. I am very willing to join eBay and increase my selling. Anyone know what could be causing this please help me.

·3 years agoGet a business license because your government requires that.
Then you need to link a Payoneer account to your eBay account to receive payments.
It doesn't matter if your eBay account is a personal or a business account because you can sell on either type but the type of Payoneer account you have matters.
You must link an Individual Payoneer account to a personal eBay account, and a Company Payoneer account to a business eBay account.
Payoneer lets you know right away when you're successfully linked to eBay. Then after you're linked it takes eBay 2-4 weeks to approve you to sell. They'll send you an email when you're all set and tell you what your listing limits are.
Be sure the name and address on all your accounts and business license exactly match your National ID or driver's license.

·3 years agoYou have to register as a business with the government of Sri Lanka to provide a means to pay taxes on your sales.

Register in Sri Lanka as a business
Get a Payoneer account.
Sign up for Managed Payments and attach your Payoneer account so you can be paid.
It'll take a few weeks to get everything approved.

I can not read what the red item says. Are you sure you have signed up all the way? Everything went thru ok? You had no issues when signing up correct?

It's the reason given in that big, red text box. For what it's worth, you don't want to sell until you can be paid.

·3 years agoIn your Account Settings, have you completed your personal information, bank information, etc. That would be a good place to start.
