Not able to list any item
I tried to start selling on eBay 2 months ago but till today I am not able to list any item, even though my payoneer and eBay account are approved, still i am getting the error "You can't list, as you need to update your GSTIN and IEC on eBay. GSTIN and IEC are mandatory for sellers who are registered in India to sell on eBay"
Please provide a solution if anyone can

It serves as a unified platform for businesses to fulfill their tax obligations and engage in intra-state and inter-state trade1.
On the other hand, IEC is a 10-digit unique identification number issued by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India1. This code is essential for businesses engaging in import and export activities. It facilitates and monitors cross-border transactions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations1.
While a GSTIN is mandatory for businesses dealing with goods and services within India, it does not replace the need for an IEC when engaging in import and export activities1. The IEC is a distinct requirement mandated by the DGFT for cross-border trade operations1. Therefore, using only a GSTIN for import and export is not legally compliant1.
