New User Agreement
Anyone read the new eBay User Agreement?
There is a new Paragraph 4. Vehicle Purchases & Sales and then everything else is pushed down a paragraph.
Legal Disputes is changed from paragraph 18 to 19 with a lot more detailed information.
The arbitrator administrator has changed from the American Arbitration Association (AAA) to the National Arbitration & Mediation (NAM).
The Notice of Dispute is better explained that it is a Informal Dispute Resolution.
Now there is an email provided to send the Notice of Dispute.
Instead of 30 days you must now allow eBay 45 days to respond before you initiate Arbitration or Court proceedings.

OP1 year agoYep, you are right about that and that is why many people come here looking for answers that they did not know is available in the agreement.
