New to selling, learning, learning.
I am shipping via pirateship.. I keep getting messages from ebay that I haven't shipped yet.. It is difficult to find (quickly) where to put in that the item is shipped. I have found it by accident.. would love the path to do so more efficiently. Also where do I look for buyer feedback?

Once you give permission, you'll be able to import all your sales from eBay with one button. Once you do this your life will be easier. You can also customize the import grid info. ( In left hand corner you will see "actions" click anywhere on that box and a drop down menu will appear. From there you can select exactly what info you want imported from eBay by checking the individual boxes from that menu).

You can integrate your pirateship account with your eBay account to have your tracking automatically added to your orders.
Log into pirateship and then go to the settings page. there is an integrations option, open that and follow the directions to integrate with eBay.
After you do that you can have your orders imported over to purchase labels. There is a big import from eBay button at the top of the home page.

That does not change when you connect your pirateship account with your eBay account. Your labels are still purchased from pirateship.
What does change is the two sites can exchange information. You bring the eBay order information into pirateship and not have to enter the buyer's information yourself saving you time and typing errors. After the shipping label is purchased the tracking information is automatically sent back to eBay adding the tracking information to the order and showing the item was shipped. You do not have to manually enter the tracking.
This saves you time and the possibility of errors with manually entering information.
