New to selling - buyer dispute & negative feedback
Hello, I thought I'd post this here for advice as I am new to selling and quite overwhelmed by this.
Essentially the buyer bought with evri tracked delivery. As the address was a primary school, delivery was attempted apparently multiple times but never successful. Evri claims to have returned to seller but I haven't received anything back. After some quite harrassing messages they opened & won a dispute, and left very negative feedback referring to me as a 'con artist', which feels very unfair since I am just trying my best selling a few items and I really don't feel any of this is my fault? Is there anything I can do about this now or is this just how we roll over here?

OP2 years agoThank you, I've submitted that information in the appeal. Definitely I'll be more careful in future as I'm really upset about the feedback and also losing the item. Thanks for being patient with me by helping here!!
You're welcome...good luck!

OP2 years agoThanks to your help, the feedback was removed and the money was refunded to me! Super quick after I appealed and no issues. Thank you so much :))
What you should have done is put the tracking number into the case and you would have won. Because tracking will show a delivery attempt to the address the buyer gave you.
You should try to appeal the case this time use your tracking as proof.

Good luck.
