New seller Here Quantity limits
Hi I’m a new seller is it normal for me to be able to only sell one item on a listing? Is it eBay not allowing me to increase the quantity of items on a listing?

As a new seller you have limits on how many items you can list at one time. That would include setting the number of items available in a multiple quantity available listing. The link below explains about the limit where to find it, and what you have to do to increase the limit.

You may not know this but, your first payments will be placed on hold for up to 30 days. On your sold item page the payment status will show Pending. The funds are there and the amount you charge for shipping will be available to be used to buy your shipping labels through ebay.
