Best bet would be to sell everything to someone local and let them deal with selling. There are too many pitfalls involved for someone else selling for someone else. There are tax liabilities and returns the seller would have to deal with along with you not seeing any money from the sale for min of 90 days in case of a charge back. Someone selling your items are going to charge maybe 35-50+% plus eBay fees subtracted from the total. On top of that, the USA is a big area and you give no indication where you are located, nor does your profile.
